Roasted Bean Cafe HistoryThe Roasted Bean Café originated in Albuquerque, New Mexico as a new concept café serving only the freshest coffee, leaf teas, and food at the most reasonable prices.

At the Roasted Bean Café we feel that you should not have to take out a second mortgage to enjoy your morning brew. We opened our first location on San Mateo Blvd on March 1st, 2008.

We specialize in Panini sandwiches, served on our home baked Focasia bread. We then add only the freshest vegetables to compliment our sandwiches, thus giving you the ultimate Panini experience. You can also enjoy a full breakfast menu consisting of omeletts and pancakes, or our signature French toast with fresh fruit - in season of course - and let’s not forget fresh bakery items or bakery fresh desserts.

We are the home of the 2.99 Cappuccino/Latte and we never charge for flavor shots or extra shots of espresso. We also have an assortment of salads and a full dinner menu. Please visit our menu page for a more detailed list of items.

By May 1st, 2008, we introduced our concept to the command center on Kirtland Airforce Base in Albuquerque, NM . This was the second Roasted Bean Café. Our concept was welcomed by all because of our reasonable prices and quality standards.

The Roasted Bean Café was soon invited to open a location at the VA Hospital in Albuquerque, NM at the 377th Medical Wing. This opening was on November 3rd, 2008. This was the Roasted Bean Café’s third location.

By the end of 2008, our popularity grew. We were asked to introduce our concept to the Research and Development section for the United States Air Force at Cremley Labs. This was the Roasted Bean Cafe's 4th location, which opened february 3rd 2009.

At this point we felt that our presence was known with the Air Force bases, but wanted to expand in the Albuquerque market. So we set our sites on Downtown Albuquerque. After an extensive search, we found the perfect location.

So was born the old town location with live entertainment, and what is now known as the home of the singers night out venue, performing every Friday and Saturday night. This venue was created so that opera and Broadway singers alike could come to showcase their talents as artists in the New Mexico area. There is never a cover charge to see the show and free Wi-Fi is always provided for our customers convenience.

We are currently planning the opening of 3 more locations in the Albuquerque area so that everyone in the city will be able to enjoy our quality products at reasonable prices. We are also planning developments in the Arizona and Texas markets.
